We invite you to join us on Friday 26 July 2024 at Partridge House Glenelg, for the Day of Hope and Remembrance Service.
This special afternoon is an opportunity to come together as a community to remember those we have lost to MND, to gather within our community to express hope for the future and to enjoy each other’s company for some afternoon tea in a tranquil setting.
You will have the option to light a candle, contribute to a book of remembrance, share photos of loved ones, listen to readings and be present within a supportive environment with people who understand the lived experience of MND.
Date: Friday 26 July 2024
Time: 1.30pm for 2pm start.
Light refreshments will be served from 2.45pm and event to conclude at 4pm
